Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging intact.
  • An order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • As furniture is a large item, returns will not be accepted if there is man-made damage, the item has been assembled/used, or parts are missing.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider’s processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of non-quality-related returns.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange the item due to product defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or resend after verification.
